The Master bedroom features a top of the line King Size bed with dual night stands, lamps and radio/alarm clock. This bedroom also features a TV that sits atop a matching full length dresser. The King Size bed is outfitted with the finest linens and comforters. Beautiful complementary curtains adorn the large bedroom window.

GUEST BATHROOM
The tastefully decorated and spacious guest bathroom featuring tile flooring, bathtub/shower, vanity, and mirror make getting ready in the morning very convenient.
KITCHEN HIGHLIGHTS
The fully furnished newly remodeled kitchen (should you decide to cook) features a large refrigerator with ice maker, ultra-quiet dishwasher, oven, and microwave. The kitchen also features a coffee maker, toaster, blender, and garbage disposal. The modern open kitchen which looks out over the living room has countertop bar stools for easy serving.
LIVING ROOM HIGHLIGHTS
The recently carpeted living room offers a Queen Size Sleeper Sofa and love seat situated around a large coffee table. The TV, DVD player, and small stereo radio are perfectly situated across the room for easy listening and viewing. Further down along the wall sits a glass table and 4 chairs for additional seating and eating. The sliding glass doors open from the living room to the large relaxing balcony overlooking the Gulf of Mexico, my favorite place to sit, eat, or just stare out at heaven on earth.
LOCATION
The best part about this unit is the LOCATION. It is located in the heart of Seagrove Beach well within walking distance or a bike ride (rental bikes are directly across the street) to the famous community of Seaside, which you definitly don't want to miss. Also located conveniently right across the street in Seagrove Plaza is Bruno's Pizza (voted best pizza on 30A), Subway, and a few Good Apples. It is nice not to have to get in the car every time you're hungry. The new Publix is also only 1 1/2 miles away on 395 if you don't feel like eating out every night or just want to pick up some snacks and drinks for the beach.

Another vacation at your're Palms of Seagrove has come and gone all to fast. We love it here and hope to be back for a third time again next year. It's very economical, has everything close by and well within walking distance to Seaside.

We found this condo to be very clean and nicely decorated. It was well equipped with everything we needed. The large balcony was great. My husband and I look forward to returning next year.

Forth of July on the beach was great, lots of friendly people, and fireworks. We have never seen such pretty beach and water. Our kids had a blast at the pool meeting all the other kids. Hope to stay again.
HALL BUNKS
The two hall bunks are perfect for young children making this unit very economical for a family of six
