The Master bedroom features a top of the line King Size bed with dual night stands, lamps and radio/alarm clock. This bedroom also features a TV that sits atop a matching full length dresser. All beds (master and guest) are outfitted with the finest linens and comforters. Beautiful matching curtains adorn the large bedroom window that looks out onto the Gulf of Mexico. Enjoy the views of the Emerald Coast and fall asleep to the waves lapping the sugar white sands.

KITCHEN HIGHLIGHTS
The fully furnished newly remodeled kitchen (should you decide to cook) features a large refrigerator with ice maker, ultra-quiet dishwasher, oven, built in microwave, and a Washer/Dryer. The kitchen also features a coffee maker, toaster, blender, and garbage disposal. The kitchen table seats 4 and the large peninsula style counter easily accommodates the 3 bar stools.
LIVING ROOM HIGHLIGHTS
The living room offers a Queen Size Sleeper Sofa, love seat, and coffee table perfectly situated to watch the 27" TV/DVD player. The sliding glass doors open from the living room to the relaxing balcony overlooking the Gulf of Mexico.
LOCATION
The best part about this unit is the LOCATION. It is located in the heart of Seagrove Beach well within walking distance or a bike ride (rental bikes are directly across the street) to the famous community of Seaside, which you definitly don't want to miss. Also located conveniently right across the street in Seagrove Plaza is Bruno's Pizza (voted best pizza on 30A), Subway, and a few Good Apples. It is nice not to have to get in the car every time you're hungry. The new Publix is also only 1 1/2 miles away on 395 if you don't feel like eating out every night or just want to pick up some snacks and drinks for the beach.

Wow! what a great time we had at this beautiful unit. The condo was clean and spacious. Just what we needed for us and our two children. Great location, we had a pleasant walk to seaside. Thank you for the burno's free pizza.

Our family of four very much enjoyed your lovely condo. Sitting on the balcony overlooking the pure white sand and the emerald green waters is something everyone should experience. We will be back!

This condo was very clean and fresh smelling with everything in good working order. We very much enjoyed our stay and would not hesitate to book this unit again next year.
