GUEST BEDROOM HIGHLIGHTS
The guest bedroom features one full size bed and a queen size bed with a night stand and lamp. The TV sits across from the beds on another night stand for your nighttime enjoyment. Elegant brand new plantation blinds enhance both windows. The 2nd bathroom sits right outside in the hallway adjacent to the guest bedroom providing easy access from the kitchen, living room, or bedroom.
KITCHEN HIGHLIGHTS
The fully furnished kitchen (should you decide to cook) features a large refrigerator with ice maker, ultra-quiet dishwasher, oven, microwave, and a Washer/Dryer. The kitchen also features a coffee maker, toaster, blender, and garbage disposal. The large kitchen table seats 6 comfortably.
LIVING ROOM HIGHLIGHTS
The living room offers a Queen Size Sleeper Sofa, two (2) swivel rocker style chairs, and coffee table perfectly situated to watch the 46" LCD or DVD player on the wall mounted flat screen TV. The sliding glass doors open from the living to the relaxing balcony overlooking the Gulf of Mexico.
LOCATION
The best part about this unit is the LOCATION. It is located in the heart of Seagrove Beach well within walking distance or a bike ride (rental bikes are directly across the street) to the famous community of Seaside, which you definitly don't want to miss. Also located conveniently right across the street in Seagrove Plaza is Bruno's Pizza (voted best pizza on 30A), Subway, and a few Good Apples. It is nice not to have to get in the car every time you're hungry. The new Publix is also only 1 1/2 miles away on 395 if you don't feel like eating out every night or just want to pick up some snacks and drinks for the beach.

The view was great, right on the beach. We enjoyed watching the two free movies with the kids on the big tv. The location was perfect for us.

This Condo was nicely decorated with what seemed to be newer furnishings. The Flat Screen was cool. Pool area was nice and uncrowded. Seagrove Plaza was a pleasant walk across the street.
